RMA Request

How do I return an item for repair or request a warranty part?
In order to return an ACDI product for in-warranty service, the following
procedure should be used.

IMPORTANT: ACDI will not accept any returns without an RMA number.

RMA request for warranty and non-warranty items:
Contact ACDI Returns Department by mail, or from the website.

ACDI, 7428 Lindsey Road, Little Rock, AR 72206

  • Include your personal data (Name, full address, telephone, email address, etc).
  • Indicate the model(type) and serial number of the device, as well as date of purchase.
  • Give a complete fault description.
  • By using the RMA request, the user confirms to understand and accept the
    terms and conditions as described in the Service Policy.

Return authorization After receipt of the RMA request by ACDI, a confirmation
and authorization

  • A RMA number (which is your reference number)
  • Your personal data (please check them carefully for any mistakes)
  • Returning products data (please check them carefully for any mistakes)
  • The problem description (may be summarized)
  • Instructions what to do with the defective unit.
  • Instructions about the defective unit and the RMA Service.

After receipt of the RMA material, ACDI will service the product as indicated on the
original RMA request, and return it UPS Ground at owners expense.
