Installation Process Guide
1. KICK-OFF EMAIL You will receive a project kick-off email from your project lead. This email will ask to schedule a pre-call and include a summary of the project life cycle. |
2. PRE-CALL Statement of Work (SOW) - ACDI will send a SOW after the Pre-call. |
3. COMMENCEMENT SIGNATURE NEEDED FOR SOW Reseller must sign a SOW to be able to schedule sessions. |
4. SCHEDULE SESSIONS Sessions - One to many sessions may be needed for complete installation. PaperCut is installed and administrator training is provided. During the life of the project, email Project Coordinator & Professional Services Engineer for support. |
5. COMPLETION SIGNATURE NEEDED FOR SOW The reseller provides a completion signature to finalize the installation. |
6. CLOSE PROJECT After 5 days of no issues, project is closed and moved over to support. |
